Directions
Scarenna is our favorite climbing site. It is easy to reach from
Milano by train. The train leaves from "Cadorna" about once every hour (usually
16 minutes to each hour). A 2nd class ticket with return costs 9 600 ITL. The trip to Asso
takes about one hour. At the station in Asso continue past the end of the tracks and
across a small walking bridge. Continue straight forward and turn to the left after the
restaurant "Il Gatto Verde" ("The Green Cat", which we recommend).
Follow the road for about 1 km. 100 - 150 meters after the sign telling that you have left
Scarenna, just around a small bend, the climbing site is located 25 - 50 meters off to
your right. |
